How do I make a return or exchange?

Please contact [email protected] with your order number and the product you would like to exchange or return, and we will respond within one business day with a solution.

Not satisfied with the product: Contact us within seven business days of receipt, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unprocessed and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Product is defective: within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt. (For defects such as glass or display damage, obvious scratches, missing parts, etc., the customer has the right to contact us within 24 hours after receiving it, and if it exceeds 24 hours, we will consider it to be a problem caused by personal damage, we No refunds will be given.

We will not issue a refund if your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing a wrong shipping address)
